I had only just begun to explore getting a smaller portable oxygen concentrator and I normally do not entertain “cold” calls. Normally, I would have explained to the caller that I was just shopping and would give her a call back if interested. Well, Casey was not your “average” salesperson. I can’t even tell you exactly what was different about her other than within a couple of questions, I immediately felt like she truly cared.
