I received some terrific assistance from one of your Support Agent's at 247tvstream.com. His name was Rab Bani and our chat occurred on August 30, 2021 while I was trying to sign up for streaming services. He was very proficient and prompt at feeding me the information I needed to get my subscription activated. It's guys like Rab that give you a warm fuzzy that the people at 247tvstream.com are serious about customer support. My hat's off to Rab for an outstanding job. Thank you very much for the assistance. Looking forward to watching many sports programs this fall.

Just spent some time chatting with Miajee. He was incredibly patient and walked me through the steps. I wish I had conveyed up front that I was trying to connect a 2nd tv to watch 2 games at the same time and was informed that it's an extra charge to hook up a 2nd device, so now I know. The other tv is a Fire TV and there was no problem. Thanks!

Marty Byrd was a 5 star customer service rep today. I was in the customer service industry for 20 years so I know what good service should be like.. Marty took a lot of time with me answered all my questions some of them detailed and tedious. I felt the answers to my questions were honest and concise. I believe Marty should be recognized through some type of award program if you have one. If you don't have one, buy the guy a pizza or something. He was great.
