I have been using it for 2.5 months, and it hasn't worked yet. I wouldn't waste your money.

Absolutely brutal!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I returned the box unopened immediately on recept. I provided tracking number...did all I was told to do...that was 2months ago now...so Absolutely frustrating. Numerous responses to my Email..."we will expedite your refund"...and yet....nothing. all lies. Is there a way to bring legal action? I live in Canada.

Wow. I wish there was less than a one-star selection to make here because that is what it actually merits. I wish, in hindsight, that I had read some reviews BEFORE I decided to purchase this device. Not only did it not work for me, which is fine, I went through the return procedure, as they insist, over 5 weeks ago and they have yet to give me my return credit. Apparently this is their MO for all of their customers seeking returns according to the other reviews I have found. I was told today that I should allow them yet another 7-10 business days to process my return. This is utter ridiculousness. There is absolutely zero excuse, other than fraud, for not getting people their money back even if this is some kind of one-man/woman show behind the scenes. I have been patient and now I am done with that. Give me my money back.

This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. My cancellation request was ignored despite being requested within an hour of purchase. (I saw all the negative reviews and BBB rating of F). My card was of course charged immediately. I only received a reply from them conveniently after they could claim it "already shipped" even though I have evidence to prove they are outright lying. I received the item and immediately got approval for a return. I returned the item exactly as instructed and have signed evidence it was signed for by their employee. It is now nearly 30 days later and I have STILL not received my refund. I continue to follow up to be told they have "a high volume of refund requests" and so they are delayed. I think that tells you all you need to know... PLEASE file complaints with the FTC outlining poor business practices, violation of refund law and policy, and using fake reviews as false advertising. These scammers need to be held responsible. They STOLE my money AND got their product back at my expense.

I am trying to return the product for a full refund and can't even get a hold of them. The email address they provide on their site is invalid. The phone number is disconnected. Going through PayPal to get a refund due to this fraudulent company.

Order #1096 I cancelled this order by email an hour after ordering as I came across a lot of negative reviews. As I received no response, I followed this up with another email. I have since received an email to say the product has been shipped. There is no other way of contacting them.

What an epic waste of my time! I ordered the hair removal device for a $189. It arrived. Looked like a cheapish tool, but I wanted to give it a try. After only one week of use, it began to stop working mid session. I reached out to company via email. They asked me to take a video and sent it to them. I did after going through some hurdles with the size of the file. They apologized and said it must be a faulty unit and they will send me a new one. The second one arrived. Looked a different than the first one. The color of the glass over laser was a much lighter purple and the strength of the laser felt stronger. I was happy. For about one more week 😹 The unit began to overheat within a minute or two and was so hot that I couldn’t hold it in my hands. So disappointing. I reached out to customer service again. They wanted to send me a third unit. I said no, thanks and asked for a refund. They assured me it will be processed. A week went by and still no refund, I reached out again. They literally told me that they gave too many refunds to process (I wonder why😹) and to be patient. Another week went by, I wrote them again. They said they will go ahead and escalate my refund. This kept happening back and forth for over a month. I finally had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge with them. SAVE YOUR TIME AND SANITY. Product is crap. It’s a scam. They just expect for people to give up and keep the money.

Update: a few hours after writing this review I received notification of a refund, also in the email was a request, by 5minskin, to delete my review. I guess writing the review did expedite the refund, so if you're writing for a refund-write a review. After reading the awful reviews, I decided not to waste my time with the product and initiated a return via email. Like many others, the "support" people offered discounts at least 3x before finally agreeing to my return. I sent the unopened box and tracking said it was delivered 7/10/2023. I have had numerous contacts with the support people, each time they say they will "expedite" my refund... maybe writing this review will expedite my refund. Stay away from this company!!
