My handset stopped working after 3 sessions and the customer support phone number does not work and my emails to customer support are blocked.

Similar to what other people have written, this is a scam. I found this company on Instagram and should have known to check reviews before purchasing. I was told the product would ship in 2-5 business days and when I didn't receive tracking information for 2 weeks I contacted the company for a refund. The support person I emailed canceled my order and said my refund would be processed through their financial department. That was February 7th and I still haven't been refunded. I emailed the support team three more times and haven't received a response. From what I can tell from my experience and reading the other reviews, at worst, this company is a scam, and at best, has truly awful customer service. I issued a request for my credit card company to investigate.

They took 250 out of my account when the item I was purchasing didn't even cost that much and the order never even processed, they took every last dollar I had. Beyond upset isn't the word

Terrible customer service. This company is a total scam as far as I can tell. I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it and it's been over a month and multiple email threads with random people who promise me a refund is coming with no response or refund. I have now tried to cancel the transaction through my bank. I really wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase.

I ordered 5 min skin on December 21, 2022. It’s now February 19, 2023. In spite of their emails stating item was shipped, nothing has been shipped or received by me. When I email, they lie and lie. Don’t trust them

Tried to cancel my order within one hour of placing it. I was told I could not, even though their website policy says I have 24 hours. I brought this up to them, and they said they had shipped it already. They told me I could return it when it arrived. I could see in my USPS portal that all they did was print the mailing label. For weeks it sat without having actual sent to my house. I contacted them to let them know I was concerned the product would never arrive so that they could just keep my money and did not hear back. Eventually they sent the product but told me I needed a specific address to return it to, and they stopped responding to me when I requested that address. I had to get my bank involved and the BBB. They finally gave me the address. I tracked my package and it was successfully returned to them 3 weeks ago. I have now contacted them weekly asking where my refund is, and they continue to respond that they are in the process of it. I am INFURIATED.

Customer service is terrible. Tracking nonexistent. Follow up is terrible. Over a week with no tracking, called and asked, got a tracking number that does nothing. Promised a partial refund that never happened. Trying to cancel my order and nothing happens. Seems like a scam or just absolutely terrible business.

Buyer beware - this is a scam! Item has never shipped and they refuse to cancel my order. E-mailing the company is sporadic at best and they will leave you hanging as long as possible. If you try and call customer support it will say “mailbox full”.
