Everyone at AAA is super friendly
Everyone at AAA is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They recently went above and beyond for my son, who had dropped his baritone saxophone and bent the neck so badly it was no longer playable. Of course, this happened just a few hours before his spring school concert. We brought the instrument into the Norwalk shop and they sprang into action! The shop tech asked me to have a seat and said this one would take a while. Within 10 minutes, he walked out with a huge smile on his face. The neck was so badly bent it couldn’t be repaired — but the store had a new one in stock, already fitted on my son’s horn and ready to go. I was blown away!! I don’t think that kind of part is common to have on hand, is it? This family business has been a staple in Norwalk since I took lessons at their Main Street location (Norwalk Music Studios) back in the ’70s! All three generations are in the shop, working together, and they obviously and proudly love what they do — it shows the second you walk through the door. I am so thankful. Mr. Rivera at Norwalk High School was shocked — though he did tell me they’d take great care of us. He just didn’t expect them to have a new Yamaha baritone sax neck in stock! I highly recommend this store! Not only are they great to work with — highly competent and sincere — they’ve been advocating for our music programs in Norwalk for as long as I can remember. Just last year they were at Norwalk Concert Hall with the rest of us parents, fighting to save our elementary music programs. Supporting a store like this means so much more than the convenience of ordering something on Amazon. So I urge anyone reading this to think twice the next time your child needs anything music-related. Stop and consider where your money goes — and whether you want to spend it with a Goliath that couldn’t care less about our community. AAA Band Rentals isn’t just a music store — they’re part of the fabric of this community, and they’ve earned every bit of your support.
