From the first call connecting with Michael Clawson my experience was exceptional! He answered every question and concern I had regarding a DSCR loan, which I did have plenty of! Michael went above and beyond verifying everything for me through underwriting before we began the process to reassure me! Unlike many other lenders I’ve dealt with Michael responded almost immediately to me everytime and kept me well informed with updates through the process. The entire team at Asset Based Lending was phenomenal! From start to finish I was closed in less than 3 weeks.
