If at first U DONT succeed...
I applied for LiHeap in Jan 24 & for some reason application didn't go thru. Alfredo helped me reapply & it FINALLY was accepted, just BEFORE window closed. Can't thank him enuf for his consistent concern & perseverance with & for me. Martin P, Clifton NJ
