I had a great experience talking with Mike, he helped me with things that I had no idea existed, I was educated about many helpful things, when we get older, a lot of things fly right over our heads, sometimes we need extra help, Mike was that extra help. Mike was so kind and patient, not rushing through the helpful info that he informed us of. It was a pleasure and a blessing speaking with someone like him. Mike really made our day. Mike let us know that there is still folks out there that really care for other folks. Thank you very much, we appreciate you.
