Quick and personable chat replies
Quick replies, access to chat with a person who knew how to find the answers and stayed with me on the chat until the questions were answered. I was also happy with the answers. The AI portion didn't waste my time. Told me that it didn't know the answer to my question and quickly connected me with a person. This has been my experience consistently with Acuity. You get what you pay for. Please don't make everything AI. Useful, but people are power.
