There does not seem to be a way to print out a nice looking calendar that shows open slots and which slots are filled and by whom. Following the documentation provided by Acuity (below) ONLY shows slots that are filled. It does not show how many slots are open each hour.

The support people were responsive but not helpful for my problem... which I am finding is more and more the case with Acuity... my problems often go unsolved... Not sure what I am going to do about this but it's getting frustrating

I have used a competitor for years and thought I would try this platform. Feel clunky when you need to reschedule or make any changes. Not as user friendly either and for some reason gets on clients calendar in wrong time zone at times.

Default to daily each time. Need to be able to set at least once per visit instead of having to reset with each interaction.

Now that Acuity is with Squarespace the customer service has dropped dramatically. It's no longer a personal service and not longer supports businesses adequately. Today, everyone and every business needs a trusting, speedy, customer service not one that operates in the dark ages at a snail's pace. No wonder so many are switching to other scheduling platforms.

Could not schedule a thing on it. The user interface and manuals were not for the simple minded. I'm actually quite technical and still couldn't do it. I tried to schedule something for 4 days spend all in all around 5-6 hours and have now just given up. Not for me, Not worth the hours I'm spending being frustrated trying to sort this out . The helpline was not there. I think you have to send an email or something. Plenty of videos and I watched around 6 of them. the more I watched the confused I got and the more I didn't want the product.. Not for me , thanks. Great for some I guess hasn't worked at all for me.

Absence of phone hotline make it challenging to use. AT first it looked amazing, and then as I spent hours and hours of creating my appointments types etc, I found out that everyhting was very very difficult to understand, if you don't understand anything, you must send an email to their helpline but I find that they are not that helpful and it took 48 hours to get my first answer. At 30 USD per month, I wished I could have had a quicker answer. They offered me to call someone and to pay them 97 USD per hour : some kind of expert but I find that a ripoff. I'm extremely disappointed knowing all the time I spent trying to set it up : there are many side of it I still not understand. I am now looking for another system that will be better and more effective, so far Acuity wasted my time : it looked good but something is lacking behind. I may have to return to the booking system of Godaddy (that I am already paying for anyways) . To sum it up : some of these tech companies, wanna kind of look creative but at the end of the day, they are only after the money, and when there is a problem, nobody is there to fix it.
