Wood had large cracks and filled with putty, the steel roofing was gray instead of brown, screws were too long had to replace with appropriate length and stain was applied with run marks on several wood pieces.

Communication with the company was terrible. The product was not packaged properly and the torsion arms were twisted and the factory assembly of the arms was poorly constructed. Tried to reach out to the company with no success.

This product came with very complicated instructions that 3 people with experience assembly these products couldn’t follow. No video , no customer support . Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Fortunately With additional coverage snd I was able to get a return label and send it back via Fedex Home pick up.

Cheaply made and leaks. More like a indoor cabinet and not completely secure when locked up. Handles could easily be pulled off.
