I am not ready to move to France but wanted to learn about what U.S. involved if I wanted to do that . I only had one short meeting by phone with Ali to gather broad knowledge and discovered that there is much to think about. Ali was seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful. He offered what seemed to be sound advice and also had a referral to an attorney if I wanted to learn about tax implications ( wealth tax for living in France.) The consultation was free and I isn’t ask what they would charge if I proceeded with the process of trying to move. I had a comfortable conversation/ experience with this Aelos representative, founder. He was personable, clear, and helpful. Aelos also has a well-designed, remarkably user-friendly website that makes it easy to submit requests and follow the work being done on our behalf. Communication has been excellent. In our experience, requests are acknowledged within 24 to 48 hours—and often the same day. Action commonly follows that day or within two or three days. When something has been genuinely urgent, their response has been exceptionally quick. Their specialist concierges speak fluent French and English, but just as importantly, they are kind, resourceful and sincerely willing to help. We have never encountered hesitation, even when a request did not fit neatly within the strict wording of our contract. They look for a way to solve the problem.
