Sent a request for information back on 12/8 and as of today (12/12) have received no reply from the apartment complex (Gateway Northwest in Georgetown, Tx). While I am sure that After55.com does all it can to ensure companies respond to inquiries, in this case it appears the apartment complex has decided to ignore any request whether they come from the website contact form or a telephone call. Still no response from them as of 12/18/17,

Incorrect info for Hatler May. Zero availability of 2 bedroom Apts is current status.

Minimal information on complexes. 90% have closed waiting lists or mlists 3-5 years long. Worthless service.

Hi Alie, Thank you for taking the time to review our website! We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfying. We take your feedback seriously, and your satisfaction is important to us! After reviewing your message, these concerns are directed at the property, not as much our website. It is easy to misconstrue our role in the senior housing industry and there are often times that we receive messages like yours. Please know that our arrangement with the communities listed on the website is as a paid vendor. We provide advertising in an on-line forum for a fee and we are not involved in the daily management of any of the properties found on our site. Although we do not have the ability to rectify the situation, we suggest you contact the corporate office for this property with your experience. We wish you the best and we hope that in the future you will still consider AFTER55.com in the future.

It would be nice if they noted if they took Section 8 Voucher or any other assistance. It would save so much time.
