Dear Mr. Asif, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your Umrah journey. We truly appreciate your honest feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had an exceptional stay in Makkah and enjoyed the hospitality at the Movenpick Hotel, especially the excellent service and the variety offered at breakfast. We're also pleased to know that Huraira was able to assist you in finding the best rates and stayed in touch throughout your journey. Your kind words about his dedication mean a great deal to us. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for your airport pickup and later for your transfer from Makkah to Medina. We also regret the confusion regarding the bedding arrangement in Makkah and the housekeeping issue you encountered upon arrival at your hotel in Medina. These are certainly not the standards we aim to deliver, and your feedback has been shared with our transportation and accommodation partners to help prevent similar situations in the future. Despite these challenges, we are grateful that you still enjoyed your overall experience and rated your trip 4 out of 5. Your feedback helps us improve our services and provide an even better experience for our future pilgrims. Thank you once again for choosing us to be part of your blessed Umrah journey. We look forward to serving you again and providing you with a seamless experience from start to finish. May Allah accept your Umrah and bless you with good health, peace, and many more opportunities to visit the Holy Cities. Warm regards, Al Haram Tour Team
