Quite literally the worst company I have ever worked with. I've submitted multiple versions of receipts for my HSA, however, they are usually all still not approved. I don't know how much clearer it can get as to why I paid for a bi-annual dental cleaning which is what's listed on the receipt. If I call customer service it's outsourced to someone from Bengladesh that needs permission from my husband to discuss any manner of questions with me. I gave birth earlier this year to twins and if I have to submit a 10th version of a receipt, I will lose it.

Horrible. Ai sucks. They inten run u around in circles. Obviously these developers received thier training in a shopping mall. Agents are not trained. Needs to be sued and put out of business.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Across all industries. How disgusting is it that this industry is the administrator of the benefits that determine whether people live and the quality to which they live. I have NO IDEA how large public companies like J&J are utilizing such an obviously inept company. I have NEVER had my time more disrespected in my life — this is saying something because my life is spent in the healthcare world. I’ve been trying to get assistance for 3 months straight. I’ve been repeatedly hung up on by their truly abysmal phone system. I’ve had all of my tickets closed without any consultation with me and without actually answering any of what the ticket was addressing. I could go on and on. Bottom line: Employers: If you care at all about your employees (or the appearance of caring), you will NOT enlist this company for anything. Employees: of other companies: set aside an unreasonable amount of time any time you need anything. Do not take anything listed on the site as a fact, you can even check the bottom of each page where they state this. Take your blood pressure meds and prepare for an untenable situation. At Alight: think long and hard about what company you’re working for or debating working for.

I can't log into my 401k account for over 2 weeks.

I had to verify my dependent and it has been 1 week that I have not been able to do it. 1. The website is Buggy. The option to submit verification documents though my employer portal states: "This option is not available to you" Jump through multiple hoops of customer support telling me that its my work wifi even though I have tried on my work computer, my personal computer, on my wife's computer, on work network and on my home network. 2. The alternative is to fax in the documents or mail it. I tried faxing it and I called back 4 times and each time, the phone reps tells me something different. I need to include X, Y, Z information on my cover sheet. Then the next person say I need to include W, X, Y, Z information. The one person says I need my 1040 and marriage license, anther says I dont, and another says I need to include my lease as well. 3. The worse part is I deduce each of the instructions for faxing myself trying to figure this out. The error message on the website says: Refer back to the phone number they gave you. No one gave me any number, I had to go through HR to find it. The online support replied: Please submit the documents required as you were informed. Never got any communication about what documents was needed for this. I found out by specifically asking what I needed to send, and the online people, again, gave me a different list every time I called. I have to say this is probably the worse experience I've had with such a major company.

If you are a corporation you shouldn’t hire Alight for your Human Resources support this company uses offshore call centers to resolve your legal matters. They burn every possible federal rules and expose you to class action litigations. Just look at their wrap sheet they are sued for disability discrimination. Maybe matters like 401k plan is ok but health care or legal matters, trust me you will die before getting your issue resolved.

I would give them zero stars. They suck!!!! I signed up for a medicare plan in May. Alight says it went thru to bcbs. Bcbs never saw it. I did another . Bcbs never saw it. Alight says it went thru. They are not resolving my issue. July 1 is when i went on medicare and i do not have a plan in place. You cant get anyone who can help. They kept saying it was bcbs but i am sure now its alight. They are not communicating. They dsay they have a team working on it. Yeah right

I took an FSA for the maximum amount this year knowing I was going to have surgery and have a lot of Physical Therapy sessions, this place doesn't accept the reciepts from my sessions saying the reciepts need to be itemized. It shows the place of business and that I paid a copay. I'm not sure what else you purchase at Physical Therapy, but I will never take another FSA as long as alight is in charge. Going to be heading to HR when I return to work to demand answers and work toward getting the money I pay in to this terrible service back since I have been paying for my sessions without reimbursement. Save your money.
