I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for items that were supposed to be in stock. I was only able to communicate (chat) with them once. Tried telephone and email. They said it would ship the next morning. A week later and the website still says “processing”. Poor communication!

Communication and response to messages is terrible. Satisfied with the product, but could not get a return phone call after leaving several messages. E-mails were not replied to either.

Communication absolutely SUCKS! They do not communicate. Text, Voicemails... and they do not even answer the phone. I had communication issues on my first purchase and we finally about a month later made contact and discussed that situation. So, what the heck, give them another shot. I've been waiting on a TWO day FEDEX package for DAYS due last Thursday and they still won't communicate. Now there is a UPS GROUND package out in LALA land because I'm traveling and WAS NOT EXPECTING a ground UPS Package. I've left three voicemails. NOTHING !! I have not had any experience with ANY company in my 60 Years on Earth.

We placed an order over a month ago and never received it, although we were charged for it. Tried to contact customer service numerous times over the phone, email and chat with no reply. It's been now almost 5 weeks and no answer or knowledge of the status. Absolutely terrible experience.

ordered on April 19th, site claimed "in stock" after many phone calls received it on July 7th. Aircraft was AOG for a month. Each call claimed it would be shipped that day, Price was good.

They simply stolen our money! We ordered an iridium antenna which was never delivered. We therefore cancelled our order and ask for refund which was however never received despite AllAvionics stated to have done it. Now they even don't replay to e-mails, nor on the chat. Stay away from this unprofessional and unfair organization!

Received the tail beacon Friday and proceeded to the airport today. This is the 3 tail beacon that we’ve installed. The first was on our 235. The second on our warrior. Our other Bonanza has the wing version. All of these Uavionix products have worked flawlessly. Today’s installation would not power up. Checked and re-checked power and ground.. to no avail the thing would not power up. Possibly it was damaged in shipping? Planning to call Allavionics Monday morning and arrange for a replacement.

After receiving the equipment they no longer answer my calls or return messages. All I wanted to do was order additional equipment snd ended up ordering from another vendor, imagine if I needed technical assistance or had equipment problems. Price is secondary, go for better service from someone else.
