Ordered a 4 bike hitch rack that was listed in stock July 5. Payment processed immediately yet no update in ship status from "order processed/item not yet shipped" as of July18. No response to "contact us" emails, not taking phone calls. I will be disputing charges soon to try to obtain a refund if I receive no response from the company.

I ordered an item from ALLRV.com more than a month ago and to date, I have not received the item or a refund. This company will charge your card immediately and then will not communicate with you regarding your order (will not answer emails or telephone messages). Check out their facebook page which is replete with people having issues with orders from this company. If you buy from this company, you will have issues.

BEWARE, Do not order from this company. I ordered an item for about $60, they charged the credit card immediately but that was the last time I heard from them. A week later no shipment indication so we started calling and emailing them at least a half dozen times and no response at all. Reported them to BBB of Wisconsin and disputed charge on card. The found out many others had the same problem.
