Great outdoor retailer. Fast, easy order fulfillment and shipping with no billing unexpected issues (pricing accurate on website). Good customer service - where there was a backorder/OOS situation, staff were quick to communicate and offer a suitable resolution. Website works well in terms of both UI/UX and in general performance, and checkout process feel secure. Good account/profile management capabilities. Al's also offers good value too! Haven't tried to return items, but I expect if I needed to return items, customer service would be good.
