Excellent service and a great price! They went the extra mile to check with me about a possible problem with the address. Hard to find good customer service like I experienced here.

Als.com was dealt a raw deal by UPS with my order. UPS lost my package and Als was on it filing a claim and getting the situation resolved. They made the best of the situation by being proactive and communicating the entire way through the process. Wont hesitate to order from them again.

AL’s is the best. In store or online, they make the experience one of the best around. Tried in store pickup this time around. They had my package picked and ready to go before I got there. Walked in, checked in, and had my box in under a minute. So easy and fast!
