Super easy to use and had great prices. I was looking for Ariana Grande tickets and found an awesome deal. Tickets were delivered quickly with no issues, and the whole process was seamless. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good price and a hassle-free experience. 10/10!

I've used this service several times and never had any problems. This time, we decided to buy VIP packages for a hockey game at MSG (New York Rangers vs. Pittsburgh Penguins). It's an authentic VIP experience. By the way, you can often find great deals on VIP packages on the website! We decided it would be great to go to a hockey game... our VIP packages included access to the club bar and grill, which was a great way to start the day. The bartenders were friendly and explained where we needed to go, etc. The staff was excellent, always asking if we needed anything else, and the food and drinks were delivered quickly. The game was exciting, and we thought the exit would be terrible, but everything went perfectly until we went out! Overall, a fantastic experience! Give it a try.

I've found that resource to be such a convenient service to find every event I need. It has a rapid search & booking system, organisation by all categories or genres, or suggested by my geo. Detailed seat maps to obtain the best places. In addition, I can follow my fav team or singer by the cities they play in. So I have the ability to simply select every city or performer, and get all information about relative upcoming events. I'd added my team pages to favourites and didn't have to do anymore!

I dedicated an hour engaging with a pair of customer service professionals in an effort to finalize the acceptance of my purchases through American Arenas. Ultimately, the final representative adeptly navigated the complexities to ensure the successful transfer of my tickets from Ticketmaster directly to my email, enabling me to effortlessly access and store them on my mobile device. However, I believe that the ticket transfer protocol could greatly benefit from simplification to enhance user experience.
