Does not let you change the discount code on your server.

Anvilnode is a bad faith business. They charged my account inappropriately after I had closed it and took weeks to issue a refund after a lengthy and obnoxious battle with them. Now I come to find out they FRAUDULENTLY charged my paypal account on the 31st of March, 2018, well past any business dealings. They attempted to charge my credit union as well. This company is guilty of attempted theft. Do NOT reply with your smarmy corporatese, Alcom IT. You are unwelcome around me and I will NOT sit idly by and let you do this to other people.

Hello, Sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience however it's actually not possible for us to charge your PayPal account. We use PayPal for a subscription based system meaning you actually have to subscribe to a service. This would result in an automatic recurring payment profile which is completely out of our control. This has to be canceled from the customer's end through their PayPal account. Additionally, our billing system automatically cancels this when a cancellation requested is made. And I don't actually believe it took "weeks" to get a refund considering this review was written on the 10th of April and the charge (as you claim) was made on the 31st of March. If you have any more questions, feel free to email me at [email protected].

Extremely slow server, I contacted support and apparently the CPU was 4x 3.50GHz...on their gold plan.

Hello there! Can you contact us over support ticket so we can look into it? Perhaps we can provide a solution or refund if necessary. It's possible that we had temporary issues with a specific node. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Best Regards.

What terrible response time and staff communication. I've played on a server hosted by yours truly, Anvilnode, and suddenly, it goes down. The issue is said to be on your side of the spectrum, not the owner of the servers. He's tried to come in contact with you guys for some time now, and even with the short responses you have given him no hope, and no help for that matter. A truly disappointing server host if I do say so myself. Would not recommend. If some help is finally dished out to who needs it, my review may change, but until then I highly recommend NOT using Anvilnode. As of now they do not care about their customers, as well as the servers they host and people care so much to play on. Paulo, if you're reading this, you definitely could've been more helpful tl;dr - Anvilnode is a terrible server host, and do not care about their customers or the servers they represent. I highly recommend that at this point in time if you are considering them to find a different server host. Anvilnode is not worth your time. ..............................................._--=1/5 stars=--_

So, I purchased a server from them which had tons of errors and horrible uptime. I published a negative review on here stating how their services were, which was then reported and removed by them. They have also reported and removed other negative feedback on their company. I highly discourage anyone from using this service. If you look at their twitter, they are constantly having server issues, which makes your server unusable. In my first week of using their services, I even became a victim to these issues. If you like throwing your money into a hole, this is the hole you are looking for. PS You saying you don't know if I had a server with you is completely made up. After the post which was removed, you contacted me reguarding my server which you knew I had. This company got their panties in a knot because I didn't respond to their plea to change my mind and hence my review. I highly encourage trustpilot to not remove this post, as I have all documentation of the services which I have had with this company, sadly.

Horrible service, great downtime and hosting computer issues.

Really bad service, they don't update their jar files and their services are not good at all. I experienced lag on my server and downs. I changed to a different host service a week before my services on anvil node expired, I couldn't stand the horrible service. Edit: This company is trying to bribe me with money and free service in exchange for changing my review. They even left a comment on this review saying that I wrote it to tarnish their reputation. I just wrote the truth back then when I was their customer. I don't know how the services are right know, it seems they got better because of all the positive reviews THAT WHERE WRITTEN AFTER THIS ONE. Also they said I had "poorly configured server files" which were the ones causing lag. If that was the case I don't know why I don't experienced lag with other hosting companies. I do not want my money back either free service, because what I wrote was the truth about my experience. Please Anvilnode owner, stop bothering me with your emails, I will not change my review.

The claim that our JARs aren't up-to-date is completely false. I thoroughly investigated the machine your server was on and saw absolutely no sign or symptoms of lag. There certainly wasn't any downtimes. Please keep in mind that your server files are just as important as our hardware. It won't matter how fast our hardware is if you're running poorly configured server files. I'm under the impression this review was left solely to tarnish our reputation. I've tried contacting you multiple times and have been ignored from what I can tell--I can see where you logged into our client area after the times I tried contacting you. Your claim of our service being horrible also doesn't stand up considering nearly every other review we have is 5-stars. If you would like to formally resolve this issue please reply to one of my emails. Thanks! :)
