don't buy these bikes
don't buy these bikes! i had mine for just over two months and the battery went out; I contacted the distributor who I bought it from in US who basically did nothing for a month so I finally got a hold of someone in China and the whole process started over again, (I had to take all these videos, replace parts, and even buy a multimeter to run other tests). Fast forward, (over a month later) they finally admit the battery was bad, (even though I told the distributor this the first day as I went to get it tested) and proceed to tell me that they will have some in the US in another month...the response time was horrible, the distributor just basically told me to deal w them, (Steve's Awesome e Bikes) so here I am w a bike sitting in my garage indefinitely...buy a bike that's at least sold and serviced in the US as I can assure you, if/when something goes wrong, (and it will) you'll be waiting a long time!
