I would give them a 4/5 because they made their curriculum free online. This is good for computer science students who want to add a certificate to their studies while working on their degree. I would say working in a community would really help me learn better. Getting input and 24 hour help when learning programming is really important to move forward. That's my only recommendation for improvement.
