Too many hoops / Inadequate credit process
I first contacted your company on 4/18/19 to request service for a location in New York. Shelby gave me the pricing and sent me the credit application. She didn't tell me how things were going to work and that I needed to call back to get things scheduled. She never sent an email, no follow-up, no official quote. I found out on 5/2/19 that the porta potty had never been delivered so I called back and found out that you didn't receive our credit application, even though it was sent back on 4/22/19. Chatty was able to find the credit application (your company had it the whole time) on 5/9/19 and was able to finally get something scheduled. If I had known this process would be so time consuming I would never have tried to set this company up as a vendor. I can only hope that the service is better in the field, than on the phone. The unit still has not been delivered, so we will see how much longer it will be delayed. I was told they couldn't find the location on the map using the address I gave them. I had no trouble finding it and sending a screen shot of the street view, as well as a pin dropped on the location. I also called back to get a quote for another location and after more than a week later, never received the quote. Chatty helped to expedite that process as well. I don't know what your quote department is doing, but it's not their job. P.S. You need to create a page for a credit application, not questions answered on an email. It's more professional, and companies are allowed to sign the authorization. Not all companies can do an electronic signature.
