I placed an order from askderm and it unusually came defective. I figured I would not get a credit as so often happens with companies. However , I wrote askederm I got an immediate response on my issue. I also got a full credit as well with ZERO HASSLE!! ) I was so appreciative of this!! Once again, I ordered what I needed and the shipment arrived very quickly. It is always packaged very nicely, with each item wrapped in paper, and the free samples nicely placed in a mesh bag.
