I bought this sunscreen based on the reviews and that is good on the face. I was looking for a "physical" sunscreen with a high SPF and need one that met the criteria of what the coral reef places in the Cancun area will allow in the water. They have restrictions on certain products which break down the coral. This one did not have chemicals on the "bad chemical" list. I have worn it underneath my makeup in place of my serum. It does not get greasy when worn under my makeup. I expect it to be just fine when I wear it without makeup. I ordered another sunscreen safe for coral for me and my husband our bodies but ordered this one for our faces. It's made for body and face but I will be reapplying often and didn't want to blow through a tube so quickly because of the price.
