Complete Ripoff
Complete Ripoff. They ship an item for $3200 to apartment building and do not even require signature. If i knew for one second company would do not put signature on it i would have paid for it myself. They never asked and went cheap for $5 on putting on it. When package was lost Daniel McHan (Accoount Manager) said go deal with your issues. Now i have to go through Credit Card company and my own investigation to try to see where it went. BE AWARE. They are only about making the Sale, after that you are by yourself.

Dear Tigran, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve faced regarding the delivery of your recent order. We understand how concerning it is when a valuable item goes missing, and we regret that this has happened. After thoroughly reviewing your case, we found that UPS confirmed the package was delivered and provided proof of delivery with photos taken at your door. To clarify our standard procedure: - Notification and Tracking: We provided the tracking information and delivery schedule to keep you informed. Unfortunately, it appears the delivery occurred when no one was available to receive the package personally. - Delivery Confirmation: UPS's protocol in this instance was to capture photographic evidence upon delivery, which we rely on as confirmation of successful delivery. We understand the distress that can arise when a package is lost or potentially stolen after it has been delivered. While we strive to ensure secure delivery, we recognize that once an item is delivered, circumstances beyond our control can occur. To help address this situation, we recommend the following steps: - Contact Local Authorities: Report the missing package to your local police, as this may assist in recovering your item. - Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, neighbors may inadvertently collect packages or may have noticed unusual activity. - Review Security Footage: If available, check any security cameras you or your building might have for additional information. We apologize for any distress this has caused and understand how upsetting it is. We are here to support you through this process and are committed to helping you in any way we can within the scope of our abilities. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need further assistance or have additional questions. We value your feedback and your business, and we are here to help. Best regards, atlasRFIDstore
