I had an amazing experience on the phone trying to get my internet/cable set up. I wish I could remember the girl's name that I worked with because she really did a great job at explaining everything to me. We even got disconnected at one point and she reached out immediately to finish getting me taken care of.

I am pleased with this service, so far. Haven't had this hookup long enough to make a firm judgement. So far, so good.
