Dear Tiffani,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we would like to clarify the facts surrounding your experience to ensure transparency for anyone reading your review.
You were onboarded on February 6th, 2025, and enrolled in our Basic Publishing Plan with a payment of $799. Shortly after, you raised concerns regarding the royalties disbursement process through third-party publishing platforms such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble Press. Our project manager clarified how royalties are handled by these platforms, as stated in the agreement.
However, within just three days, on February 9th, 2025, you emailed us requesting a refund. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via calls and emails to further discuss and resolve your concerns, we received no response. Nevertheless, in good faith and in accordance with our agreement, we promptly refunded the full amount, even though no breach of service had occurred on our end.
To state that you were given “the runaround” is inaccurate, as the project never officially began. Our team made continued efforts to engage with you, but unfortunately, the communication was one-sided. No services were rendered or delayed—only a change of mind that we respected and responded to professionally.
We take claims of dishonesty very seriously and stand by the legitimacy of our service agreements and ethical business practices. While we understand your right to share your opinion, we respectfully request that reviews reflect factual experiences. Posting public accusations without fully engaging in the service process not only misrepresents our company, but also unfairly impacts the trust of future authors we aim to support.
If you would like to further clarify or resolve anything, our lines remain open.
Sincerely,
Team Author Publications
