Called and spoke to James. I described the old (mid sixties) instrument I was working on and he quickly referenced the model and needs. Ordered a complete ser of strings and a few picks. The order was shipping that afternoon. Now that's Service!

Emailed twice asking about international shipping, as their website states they do but there’s no option at checkout. Received no reply. Terrible customer service.

I purchased an autoharp from autoharpstore.com, but when it arrived, it had clear damage with a small piece of the wood veneer missing on a corner. There was no damage to the box, so I took this as damage from before shipping. Since January 8th, I’ve contacted them by email at the address listed for the warranty a total of six times with no response.

Judy was so helpful and kind. Did not get frustrated because I wasn't sure what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I ordered the correct string and listened as I rambled on. She even offered suggestions on books your company sells that I might be interested in.
