Good product
Great product. Like the subscription option. Wish you can actually smell the scent though. It’s very very light and it’s not as strong as it’s advertised. I have 4 of them downstairs and I do not smell anything. My house doesn’t smell like dog, but the only time I get a slight whiff of the pleasant scent is when I’m sitting right next to the dispenser. Quite pricey for what you get

Love the smells
Love the smells, but they do not last as long as stated. I am trying a different scent to see if that works. I tried the car ones too and to me, they only have a smell for a day and then it’s gone.

The fragrance isnt very strong
The fragrance isnt very strong. I have tried several different scents but they all just smell of tea tree oil. This is fine but I would like to smell for of the scent the was offered

Mixed feelings
Great product. Too expensive. Loyalty points cannot be used with discounts. Web site not friendly. Customer service does not follow through on promises.

How long does it take..
My subscription order was placed and charged over 2 weeks ago And my other hasn’t even been sent as of yet Not cool!! As a regular customer and consumer I would think that you would be a bit more speedy on the recovering of your product

Our gels work 24/7 for up to 90 days, are refillable, and use plant-based ingredients to eliminate odors at the source instead of just covering them up with heavy fragrance. very expensive for what it is
- expensive for what it is, improve on price -gel scents aren't really scents after first opened; only last a day or two tops. -spray scents do leave more of a scent.

What a lot of people find over time though is that it ends up being pretty cost effective since it’s working 24/7 in the background instead of needing to be constantly sprayed or replaced. Each pod is designed to last about 60 to 90 days depending on the space and airflow, so you’re not going through it nearly as fast as traditional products. You’re also spot on about the gels being more subtle. They’re designed to neutralize odors rather than give off a strong scent, which can feel different if you’re used to something more fragrance forward. It does work
It does work. You need to know it isn't an air freshener. After the initial few hours, the smell fades. What it does do, is absorb odors in your space. I even like the containers as they are attractive enough and stable. What I can't recommend is the ludicrous cost of the refills. On sale on Amazon it was $50.00! I've seen it up to $80.00. This is where the company makes their money after the initial purchase of the first package of gel and two jars. This starter pack is the same price as the single refill. If you search for a dupe, you will find a recipe for the gel which is essentially plain gelatin and tea tree oil. For under $20.00 you can easily make your own. I'm all for enterprise, but not for such blatant fleecing.
