Got my bag earlier than expected which was great but it had a haze on the body which was super disappointing

The order was received late. When I tried the purse on myself it is too long and past the four day to return. The four day return policy is not fair due to delays in delivery for the holidays. It is too short of a period for credit not even money back. Thank you

Order arrived in 8 days. I planned to use it earlier but couldn’t due to late delivery.

The bag was scheduled for delivery on August 12, 2021. That day I was waiting all day for the delivery. That's was an inconvenience. Later that night, they updated it and it was delivered on Saturday August 14, 2021.
