All of our wigs are strictly inspected before shipment to ensure they are in new, intact condition with proper packaging. The matting and slight odor you received may be caused by long-distance international transportation, extrusion and sealed package storage during transit, which is not the original condition of the wig when we sent it out. We never sell used wigs, and we strictly control product quality for every order. To resolve this for you quickly, could you please kindly share some clear photos and short videos of the wig overall, the texture and the smell situation? Once we receive your proof, we will check it immediately and offer you a reasonable solution as soon as possible, including partial refund, discount for your next order or other proper options. Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it.
