Filters were not packed well at all and probably received damage from bottles of shock and others products banging into it during shipping. Glad those packing peanuts were gone from shipping but little to no packing protection from damage during shipment.

The tub doesn't stay as clean as we were told when I bought the tub a year ago. Not enough information in the user manual and online about the tub. I would not buy another one.

Customer service is great but the shipping times were awful. Took weeks to receive my order.

I am waiting for a response to my worry that the spa shock came opened in the box. I spilled some on the floor and mopped it up but am worried that some of the crystals might have remained and burned my dogs feet. Will they be okay?

Sorry, but you lose 1 star for using packing peanuts. They are an environmental disaster and really a pain to deal with. Then 1 other star was lost because you didn't warranty the headrest that was obviously defective from the factory and when dealing with customer service on chemicals the answer was a pretty much canned and didn't ever get into detail on what I really wanted to know. Other than that, you are doing ok.

Screws for cover missing; still have not received. 6-8 weeks promised delivery turned into 5 months

I thought the kit was a good value, until I seen only 10 test strips. I really believe it is not fair due to multiple test strips are needed to get the chemical balance correct.

Great product, but hasn’t been instock for many months.
