I ordered what I thought were replica replacement wheels. I received the order and the wheels didn't fit my truck. I called and sent in several pictures as requested and they will not refund me. They want me to pay a restock fee of over 300.00 and shipping. I have never dealt with a company that doesn't stand behind their products. This is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would

Angie, We’re sorry to hear you’re upset. We strive to provide excellent customer service and make our policies as clear as possible. In this case, the issue is that the request to return the merchandise falls outside of our 30-day return window, which we clearly outline in our return policy. We understand this is frustrating, but we are unable to process returns beyond that timeframe. We always encourage customers to review our return guidelines before making a purchase to avoid these situations. We value all feedback and will continue to look for ways to improve the customer experience. Thank you, BB Wheels

Never again will i order through this drop shipping company. After 16 hours of having the tires mounted and balanced (1.5 hours of actual drive time) through a highly reputable tire shop (not a chain) the side wall of the right rear had let go, stranding me @ 5:30am. I had immediately sent an email with a photo to BBWheels customer service and heard back at 9:48am. After sending proof of mount and balance the next day i was told they will send the information to the manufacturer. After emailing 2 of the customer service reps for almost 2 WEEKS i was finally sent a return slip from the manufacturer. In the email i was told and I quote "Please note, the determination of a warranty claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer based upon their policies. Once the product is received at the manufacturer’s warehouse it can take 10-15 business days to inspect and determine if the item is warrantable. BB Wheels does not assume any responsibility related to the warranty claims process. BB Wheels does not cover shipping fees or expenses related to installation, mounting, balancing, and labor incurred by your selected auto shop. You are responsible for the shipping costs to the warehouse, as well as the shipping costs on the replacement product if the warranty claim is approved." So expecting me to wait almost 4 weeks for a tire. I ended up ordering a new tire from a different source and the tire arrived after 2 days. All i needed was a tire, I was not concerned about the cost of the tow, the shipping of the new tire as well as the old tire based off of their email or the dismount and remount of the old/new tire. Super disappointed in the whole process and will never buy from them again.

We understand how frustrating it is to deal with a tire failure, especially after having it mounted and balanced. We want to clarify that, as a drop-shipping retailer, all warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. BB Wheels facilitates the claim by providing the necessary documentation and support, but the manufacturer determines eligibility and timelines for inspection and replacement. Shipping, installation, and labor costs are outside of BB Wheels’ responsibility, which is why they are not covered in the warranty process.

Took a lot of money from my purchase after requesting return. They make you pay to return item as well.

Utee, Our return policy, which is clearly outlined at the time of purchase, requires customers to cover return shipping and applicable restocking fees. These policies help cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and processing returned items. We always encourage customers to review return details before completing a purchase to avoid unexpected charges. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make our policies as clear as possible. Thank you, BB Wheels

Do not buy from them. Any issues you will be denied a remedy if there is anyway they can possibly find one. You are expected to mount the wheel without the tire onto your vehicle, then if no issues, remove it and mount the tire to the wheel, then the vehicle. If you mount the tire and there is an issue, no remedy…it was your fault. Even if you mount the wheel first w/o the tire, then the item was damaged by you mounting the wheel. There is no way to get relief for a damaged item as they honor nothing. They are rip off artists. The wheel I received was damaged and had paint build up on the inner core. I had a tire shop mount the tire and put it on due to the situation as I needed to use my vehicle. They blamed it on the tire shop even tho the manager would verify the status of the wheel prior to mounting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY-TAKE YIUR MONEY TO A COMPANY WHO WONT SCREE YOU OVER IF THEY SEND YOU DAMAGED ITEMS!!!

Service was horrible. Reached a service representative name Jena and she was extremely rude and none helpful. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Used them in previous years and didn't have a problem but today was horrible.

Laquadia, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Providing helpful and respectful customer service is extremely important to us, and it’s disappointing to hear we fell short in your interaction with our team. We’ll review this situation internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you, BB Wheels

Ordered a wheel online, received the wrong wheel from what was ordered. The wheel I want is now no longer available through BB wheels, and they want 20% restocking fee plus I pay shipping on the incorrect rim I received...
Reply from BB WheelsApr 9, 2026
To clarify, the wheel you received was the one ordered, and the restocking fee applies because the return is due to ordering the incorrect item, not an error on our part. Restocking fees help cover costs associated with returns, including inspection, repackaging, and handling. We always encourage customers to double-check product details before placing an order to ensure it’s the exact item needed. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our ordering process as clear as possible. Thank you, BB Wheels

We strive to accurately represent all products on our website, but occasionally images may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or different tire models. We always encourage customers to confirm specifications before ordering. Thank you, BB Wheels
