Smiitybilt Pivot HD Tire Carrier came quick and at a better price than I found anywhere else. Arrived quickly and was missing one bolt, certainly not BB Wheels fault. I spoke to customer service at BB, they looked up part number for bolt (I was not prepared when I called)and they got in touch with Smittybilt, then called me back letting me know the part was ordered for me. They could have just told me to call Smittybilt but instead they took care of everything. I have already ordered another accessory from them and will continue to shop with BB after my first experience. Lance L. Winter Garden FL
