Grateful for quick customer service. I had purchased a gift card but somehow autofill added a couple of digits to the email address. Even though it was a holiday (Memorial Day) when I emailed customer service they responded within a few hours, having corrected the email address and resent the gift card. It was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly...and made what could have been a miserable loss of funds an easy fix. Thanks!

Bearaby offers an expensive but effective product. What sets them apart is a customer service team that is informed, accommodating, and lightening quick to respond to any and all inquiries. They follow up every product purchase with helpful emails on how to get the most from their products. I needed to exchange a purchase, and had the new version in hand within 7 days of initiating my exchange.

I got 2 Bearaby weighted blankets. I love how much the blankets can breath so it isn't so hot while sleeping. I never tried a weighted blanket before these ones but I have loved using these weighted blankets for the past few years.

Love the neck wrap. It rests comfortably on neck and stays put when moving around. 1 minute in microwave and it’s heated! I have previously purchased 2 weighted blankets and they are worth every penny. I’ve had good experiences with customer service email as well.

I discovered bearaby.com while searching on Google for an alternative to traditional beaded weighted blankets. Their products are absolutely gorgeous, and the quality is superb, something that unfortunately feels rare nowadays. Their customer service was also outstanding and incredibly caring. I had to cancel my first order for reasons I explained to them, and not only were they extremely understanding, but the compassion they showed genuinely surprised me. I’m not used to this level of care from retailers. They offer so many wonderful options. For example, if you live in a hot climate, you can choose the one I did, while they also have cotton options better suited for colder climates. The colours are warm and beautiful, and even the packaging felt thoughtfully done, arriving in a lovely sack that reminded me a little of a sailor’s bag. This company is truly one of the BEST!

I first heard about Bearaby on a news show and was curious. I hesitated because it seemed a bit pricey. I read so many positive reviews, I had to try a weighted blanket. I have been very pleased with my purchases. I have now made 8 purchases in 2 years and referred Bearaby to numerous people. A few months ago, I decided to buy a Cuddler. I had a body pillow from somewhere else but it took up so much space on the bed, it was not practical. Charlotte, one of the "Bearabuddies," was very kind in helping me place an order for just what I was looking for. She really went above and beyond. The Cuddler was perfect! Shortly thereafter, I broke my arm up by shoulder. For anyone that has this kind of injury or something similar, trying to get comfortable to sleep seemed impossible. Fortunately, I had the Cuddler and was able to put it in a U-shape or J-shape to help take pressure off my arm & joint. It has been a lifesaver. If I am having back or knee pain, I can adjust it as necessary. It has been worth every penny.
