Over two weeks and still no product. They blame USPS but took way too long to even do their part of the shipping process. Customer service says" we'll check into it and report back". When??

Zero customer service. Have tried to contact via email and phone for 1 week, to receive a RMA, and have no response. Do not shop here. Read similar reviews; and find a responsible seller.

I ordered some beauty supplies from Beauty Plus Salon. I was in Ohio and had them delivered to my condo in FL. My neighbor brought the box into my air conditioned unit. We arrived later than planned and I knew I was over 30 days. One product, which I love, Kenra platinum whipped taffy 20, was brown inside instead of purple. It had brown spots inside the lid AND it did not have its plastic white pull off seal under the lid. It had to have been opened before shipment and the seal was gone.I am afraid to use it. I thought that Beauty Plus Salon would stand by their products, even after 30 days when the product was sent USED. They said that 30 days had passed so too bad.
