After purchasing a glass from Apple in February, I dropped my phone and had 3 small damages to the edge of the screen. After a 10 minute chat with a Belkin agent, sending a photo of the screen and my receipt, a replacement glass is on its way

Fantastic customer service on replacing a defective power bank. I contacted them just looking for advice on whether it was possible to reset the device or if there was any advice on how to get it working again - instead they unprompted said it was covered by warranty. I submitted the receipt and some photos and within 3 days I have confirmation the replacement device is being shipped. Thank you Belkin!

Man, 89% 1 stars. How?! Like literally how?! I live by Belkin. Do these people even understand tech? Its much better to any premium brand in terms of durability and pricing! Belkin is made to last long, something i cannot about Apple or Samsung for example

I’ve seen all of the negative reviews, my experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way. I had a problem applying my screen protector and wasn’t happy with the result, contacted customer support, they were absolutely brilliant, they sent out a replacement, no quibble, the item came via DHL and was perfect. All in all a positive experience. Thank you Belkin!

Bought a 16 pro max ,put a Belkin tempered glass ,broke it ,and within 2-5 days belkin sent a new one free of charge ,really impressed by their customer service ,easy process either sending them proof or chatting online to log the issue in . Best wishes !Highly recommended.
