I ordered a navigation update for my 2010 BMW which had not had any since 2010! It came quickly with easy to follow instructions and was sooooo much easier and cheaper than taking it to a dealership! I'm so glad I did this and will continue getting updates from them forever!

I recently ordered the map update for my BMW from BimmerTech, the entire process could not have been easier. From ordering to implementation, a piece of cake. Thank you BimmerTech for helping me keep my pride and joy in tip top shape and up to date. I must commend BimmerTech on the excellent customer service I received, everything went without a hitch and considering the current times we are in and the fact that I was updating my BMW in Sydney, Australia from an American source it was pain free and amazingly fast and efficient. I will definitely be using BimmerTech for all my upgrades and updates.

I recently added CarPlay to my 2015 BMW 528 using BimmerTech's CarPlay MMI Prime retrofit kit. I couldn't be more satisfied. CarPlay connects through either wired or wireless connections and can be controlled using the iDrive controller or steering wheel controls. The product also integrates well with the OEM cameras on my car. Pre-sale customer support from BimmerTech was great. I used the online chat several times to clarify how the product would work with my car. The installation videos on their site and the installation guide they provided were clear, so I haven't had a reason to contact them since I opened the box. That's a sign of a well-designed and delivered product. Certainly a 5-star experience.

I was very hesitant about letting someone make coding changes to my BMW. BimmerTech was available to chat with and helped ease my concerns about my BMW warranty and the process of letting someone use my laptop as a method to update the code.. The process was very easy to set up the appointment and the tech I had assigned was very knowledgeable and I felt more at ease. I would recommend to anyone needing coding performed.

After ordering the map upgrade from BimmerTech, it arrived in just a few days. The instructions were incredibly easy and my navigation was updated an hour after I opened the package. It was an excellent experience dealing with BimmerTech.

The product and service are outstanding. Instructions for the installation very easy to fallow. We use both Carplay and Android Auto, they both work flawlessly.
