Greetings, Thank you for your purchase of our Bindertek Metal Binders, the 5-Stars and for your thoughts on our one-touch mechanism. We depend on feedback from our customers to constantly improve the products we offer - thank you! The one-touch mechanism is designed to perform better than traditional dual levered rings with less effort. I will pass along your thoughts to our merchandising department. Kind Regards, Bindertek Customer Service

The color I ordered was not available and Bindertek contacted me to see if I wanted a different color or to wait for the shipment to arrive 6 weeks later form England. I chose to wait since I didn't need them immediately. Thank you!

I got what I ordered quickly and promptly. I unfortunately had to return it as it was not the right size, however what I did receive was of great quality. Thanks!

This was my second order. The binders are very high quality and I needed more of them. I not only wanted binders that would store my records easily at arms length but would do so with a quality professional appearance. I also like the hole in the spine that makes them easy to pull and the armored baseplate that reduces ware.
