Absolutely terrible shipping and customer service. I was repeatedly lied to about the status of my order when it was obvious they have not shipped it yet. At the time I am writing this review, there is still no evidence from the USPS that they ever got the items I ordered from Binoid TWO WHOLE WEEKS AGO. Please don't buy from Binoid. There are plenty of other companies to buy from.

I got scammed, nothing delivered and no response

I have ordered from this company for over 2 years now. I have watched the quality of vapes decline, and the customer service turn into an abomination. Every single vape you buy from this company will clog and start pulling the concentrate inside the vape through the mouthpiece. You won’t get what you ordered; you could order a certain flavor, and these people will send you an entirely different flavor than what you ordered almost EVERY TIME. My biggest complaint, over the past year, orders have been taking nearly two weeks to get to my house, doesn’t matter if you pay extra for faster shipping, it gets delivered late EVERY TIME. Binoid’s customer service is an abomination, you will NEVER get someone to answer the phone or reply to an email. DO NOT waste your time with this company, there are so many other reputable online business to deal with. BE AWARE OF BINOID

Stay away! These ppl might send your first order out on time, but after that expect a nightmare. They send auto confirmation email 'your package has been shipped" meanwhile tracking doesn't move. They send out auto replies telling you not to worry. The USPS prob didn't scan the package when picked up/dropped off, which is the oldest excuse, but tracking normally doesn't sit "label printed" and nothing more as it moves through system. USPS scans at every stop. Do not use their customer service text. Its outsourced and once you give them your email to check your order, the have access to your bank account info and personal information. Most important, their product are pure garbage! I bought two identical vape carts; one was gone in 24 hrs, the other a few days. The difference? There's no consistency of product. They used cheap coconut oil, a lot of unregulated 'botanicals' and garbage. The amount of product is not measured or consistent, which is dangerous. They advertise 'live resin/rosen' I had one tested. Absolutely no Resin or Rosen. If you subscribe, good luck canceling. Customer Service consists of cut/paste answers. Ask a question out of the norm, there's no script. They cant respond. They will drag out and send you messages, hoping the one month will roll around. Their return policy is strict 30 days, not from the date recieved, the date you placed the order. It can take over a month to receive. How they remain open is beyond me. The worst part is anyone can purchase their junk. You don't scan a DL's or check off over 21, before entering the site. Kids and teens absolutely shouldn't use from Binoid. You'll detroy your developing brain and lungs. I could go on and on, but I will add, their vapes can give you an extremely painful, ulcerated sore or sores in your gums. Real sexy? Please dont waste your money. Their products may give you a buzz, but it's not the normal high expected. Some have made me sick and others make you violent. In my opinion, its no better than Spice.

The "high potency" gummies don't do anything for me. The vape pens clog frequently, and nearly sent me to the ER. Shipping is by far the worst I've experienced from any online company. They lie, and tell you it's the post office's fault, when the reality is they either have nothing to ship, or they just don't give a damn. I spent a good amount of money here only to receive bad products, and I definitely got the runaround when it comes to their terrible shipping. Believe me when I tell you there are other, better places online to shop.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! I bought a 7 gram thca vape and it was very weak for 1, plus maybe halfway through it completely stopped working, I was already experiencing clogging but than it completely shut the bed. The customer service is a complete joke! I had the 7 gram on a subscription in hopes I would like it, I did not and forgot to cancel so that's in me, but when the money was pulled from my account they then told me the 7 gram was out of stock, I was ok with that because I didn't like it anyway, and than they offered multiple replacements and when I accepted one of them they than told me they were out of stock. I than spent 2 weeks messaging back and fourth simply trying to get them to send me ANY indica vape because I had spent my money with them and need a vape.. after the 2 weeks of awful customer service I finally found there phone # and called and left a message, they didn't sound like they really cared, they did refund me for the order I waited over 2 weeks for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good god. They are a scam. They have the shipping label created and said “Oh, 2-4 business days. Nothing. Shifts all blame to USPS. Said to wait until June 5th. F me I guess?

Their product left me with burns all in my mouth. Then they tried to blame me when it was their faulty product. It also smells like diarrhea. Sit it on your table? Your WHOLE house will smell like diarrhea! Want to hit it normally? It will spit piping HOT wax in your mouth instead and leave you with blisters and blood all in your mouth. If I dont get my money back I might have to sue for bodily injury.
