Technician Marty is a very thorough. I hope every time I need service; I get Marty. Marty is willing to explain to the costumer what he's doing while he services your equipment.

what went wrong? four times to be called in to stop new water heater leak - damage to my floor when they removed old water heater and Tom, The rudest and ugliest person that i have ever did a $15k business job with. Do Not Recommend

I sure wish you had called in if there was a serious issue... This is the first we are hearing of this. I am sorry if there was an issue. As far as the Tom comment, I would need further information to respond to that.
