Welcome, Tamar! We're delighted to have you and your fury baby as part of our Bivvy community.
Letia
I don't like the 30 day wait for my baby to go to vet.
Reply from Bivvy Pet InsuranceMar 13, 2020
Hi Letia, we have waiting periods for all new cats and dogs. Our insurance is for future, unknown events, not something you sign-up for after a pet is injured or sick.

Hi Rebecca, you don't have to create a new account to add a second pup! When on your pet parent portal, click Add a Pet. From there, you can add a pet using the same email and password you used for your first pup's sign up. If you have any additional questions, please reach out!
