Hi Christine, you weren't double charged! It looks like you selected to make a payment every 15th of the month, which means we made a payment on the day you signed up, and then on your chosen payment date. The second payment you made is an early payment for your next month of coverage. Reach out if we can help you further!

Too soon to judge plan
The online sign up wasn’t difficult at all. There are 3 plans to choose from plus extra add ons. Once I use the insurance, then I can give an honest answer as to what I think about the coverage and the process.

Cat & Dog Insured
