Hi Maria, we don't use insurance cards. Instead, you can go to any vet! To see and print your policy documents, log in to your Bivvy pet parent account.

Love the payment plan so far haven't used insurance. Don't know what vet uses this Insurance

Hi Johnny, both dogs are eligible for Wellness Care! You can cancel Daisy's coverage and sign her back up to include Wellness Care if you'd like.

Hi Gordon, Bivvy Wellness Care can be opt-in to on page 2 of the sign up process. It's a check box at the top of the page.
