Hi Kristina, you can find your policy documents in the pet parent portal you created at sign up! Plus, that's where you file claims.

I tried signing up several times from the app but was unable to. However, once I accessed your website on a desktop computer, it was a simple process. ETA: As the company pointed out, it was NOT an app. However, the mobile-friendly website would not let me complete the sign-up process. I had to try from a desktop computer before I was able to complete the process. Because of that, my review rating stands.

Hi Ana, we don't have a mobile app. Just a website that's mobile, tablet and desktop friendly! You can log in to your account at any time from www.bivvy.com/login

It was easy but now how do I Get into my policy? I haven’t even received an email with my policy? Did I just get scammed? I hope not

Hi Wendy, when you signed up you created an online account. All you have to do is log in to view and print your policy documents! We also sent you a welcome email to the address on file. Please check your spam folder for a message from [email protected] in case our message went there on accident.

I tried to sign up several times thru Facebook ad but could not complete. Went to website and completed process in minutes. I have not received a card or any paperwork showing that I have insurance when I go to vet. Please send something to verify I have this insurance.

Hi Pat, we're glad you got through! With Bivvy you won't get an insurance card as you can go to any licensed vet and we work with you directly for reimbursements! You can see and print your insurance policy documents from your online account at any time.
