1st off I love Blissy pillow cases. When they offered me to send a video testimony I was a bit leery because I'm just an older person no big beauty to the eyes. The product is worth telling people about. I don't sleep without mine. I had a head injury. Some people my not have an issue here...reading & understanding all the information in the release forms and the company that they use to keep information safe. So I had to make a phone call. I talked with the most amazing AI that I've ever engaged with. I would've thought that I was talking with a person if I didn't know. It helped me get to the closest thing to a person that a could get which was a text chat line. The AI helped make sure that I was able to write what I wanted to understand because of my head injury this was a big help. It stayed on the line with me until I felt like the chat line. The real person..heard me, and I told it that I was okay without it. I was honestly more impressed with the AI communication for once than I was with the person other than I did receive my final answer from the person that eased my mind with my reason for calling. Everything once my damaged brain figured things out was a wonderful and would have been quick & safe experience.

Blissy products are just as advertised. I have never had better sleep than on their pillowcases and I try to keep many in stock as gifts. My hair and skin are no longer dry as they were with even the finest cotton pillow cases. Everyone who has received the wonderful sleep masks or pillowcases have been thrilled with the products as I continue to be

Excellent company to deal with. Fast delivery and quality product. I have bought a lot of silk pillow cases from this company over the years. Only had an issue with one set. The zips detached from the pillow cases. All others have been perfect. Beautiful pillows to sleep on. Warm in winter and cool in summer. Recommend this company and their products
