Thank you for your feedback. Enable virtualization for stability: Restart PC, enter BIOS (Del/F2), enable VT-x/AMD SVM, save/exit, reinstall BlueStacks. Check Task Manager > Performance > Virtualization: Enabled. For audio: Side toolbar volume icon > unmute, Windows Sound settings > select correct output device, update audio drivers.

This program once used to be actually decent, until now.gg bought the company and made it shit with useless bloatware and crypto miner using your computer resources making app slow as hell.

Thank you for your feedback. BlueStacks and now.gg have always been owned by the same company. There was no buyout or sale. There is also no crypto miner or bloatware in our software. If that were true, millions of our users would have shared evidence of it by now. BlueStacks is a trusted emulator used by millions worldwide with no such reports.

super slow shit app, that's how I can describe this fuc*ing shit

Thank you for your feedback. We understand BlueStacks feels super slow. Enable VT for smooth performance: Restart PC, enter BIOS (Del/F2), enable Virtualization Technology (VT-x/AMD SVM), save/exit. Confirm in Task Manager > Performance > Virtualization: Enabled. Check allocations: Settings > Performance > allocate CPU cores and RAM (start with 4 cores, 4GB). Update BlueStacks, close background apps or reach support team at [email protected].

use to be good, now it's not, idk when they changed because I haven't used it for a while but it's just become a slow ad player.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate that it used to be good but now feels slow after changes and time away. To speed it up, clear BlueStacks cache, allocate more CPU/RAM in Performance settings, enable High Performance mode, and update GPU drivers. Reinstall the latest version from bluestacks.com if needed. Let our support know your OS and BlueStacks version for tailored advice.

Reply from BlueStacksJan 21, 2026

Black screen, lag, no internet. I use the newest version of BlueStacks, and Windows 11 25H2. I added 12GB of RAM to the VM machine. And i asked AI (Google Gemini) to change settings and try to fix this error.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about the lag, black screens, and no internet issues making the app bad. These often stem from network or graphics settings, so check BlueStacks internet connection, switch Graphics Renderer, and allocate more RAM. . Share your BlueStacks version, OS, and app name with support for better help.
