We see you are saying the app never opens and works. Sorry this is frustrating for you. Can you tell us more about what happens when you try to open BlueStacks by emailing us at [email protected]? For example, does it crash right away, show an error message, or just freeze?

Thank you for your feedback. Virtualization has always been needed for any Android emulator like ours to run smoothly, as Windows uses it to create the Android environment on your PC. Enable it in your BIOS: restart, enter BIOS with F2/Del/ESC (depends on your PC brand), find VT-x/AMD-V/SVM under Advanced/CPU, set to Enabled, save and exit. Test in Task Manager > Performance > CPU if it shows "Virtualization: Enabled."

Selten so miese App gesehen

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry Clash Royale is crashing so quickly now when it used to run well. Update to the latest BlueStacks version and switch to a Pie 64-bit or later instance if not already, as it handles the game smoothly on our end. Clear the app's cache via Settings > Apps > Clash Royale > Storage > Clear cache. Allocate more CPU cores and RAM in BlueStacks settings, set performance to high, and test again.

Terrible, never lets me sign in and nothing works. A disappointing waste of time and storage.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when you cannot activate your account in the Play Store on BlueStacks. To resolve this, clear the data and cache for Google Play Services and the Google Play Store. Open Settings, go to Apps, select each app, open Storage, then tap Clear cache and Clear data. Restart BlueStacks and try signing in again. If the issue continues, remove the Google account under Settings and Accounts, then add it again. Contact us with more details if you need further assistance.

As a long time member of the emulation community, I need to say this: DO NOT INSTALL THIS ON YOUR PC. It installs services all over the place. It stays running in the background once you close the emulator. It is ridiculous to uninstall, leaving files all over the place, and their offering their own "clean tool." I deeply suspect they are data mining. Whichever way, they need to get out of the emulation scene because they're clearly low-rent human beings with questionable motives. To the owners/Devs: I hope it comes back on you 10 fold. UPDATE: So they replied (4 months later) - denying everything and seeming to suggest any issues were my fault, I'm sure those amongst you with half a brain will see through this blame-reversal and gas lighting. These people are crooks and liars - do not trust them.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns about installation and files left behind. The idea of data mining is completely false. If that were true, millions of our users would have shared evidence of it by now. BlueStacks is a trusted emulator used by millions worldwide with no such reports. Our uninstall process removes all components cleanly. If you encountered any issues it may have been because of a process still running or had not stopped completely. This is the case with any software being run on windows and is not limited to BlueStacks, and this is why we offer a tool to not only stop, but remove all traces completely.

BEWARE. Immediately after installing BlueStacks on my machine, I encountered issue after issue, some of which were minor and some of which were BSOD-level major. I strongly recommend against installing this software.

Thank you for your feedback. Your BSOD is likely related to Virtualization not being enabled.
